The application needs many improvements like: 1. Downloading the receipt 2. Once you open an account it again requires extra account to open. 3. No option to improve error names example my name is Dare Assefa Kebede but here it displayed Derere so how to improve it? 4. Document No, Payment date, and payment amount are just written without spacing which makes difficult and not attractive.

The app freezes at creating an account. Is this an official app from EEU? I haven't seen anyone reviews this app. መተግበሪያው ገና አካውንት መፍጠሪያ ሰዓት ላይ መስራት ያቆማል። በእርግጥ ይህ መተግበሪያ የመብራት ኃይል ኦፊሴላዊ መተግበሪያ ነው? ማንም ሰው ምንም ያለው ነገር የለም።

Warm greetings, Does the Ethiopian Electric Utility "EEU Mobile App" work properly? It says-Invalid account number or password repeatedly; though, the account and password are correct.

It doesn't ask to create a 6 digit password in the account creation setup, but when you try to log in back it asks you to enter at least 5 digits ...this is very elementary. Please solve it...and please test it before releasing it ...this is a huge company. Plus what's the purpose of the app...just to see the unpaid balance lol? You can already do that when you try to pay through bank apps. This is totally a useless app

This is just a report app. Make it functional. Would be better if it adds some services as Unpaid Bill reminder, and meter reading submission form (as it is provided by the chatbot). We are fed up with your personnel not showing up, and we have to pay for two months reading with a single calculation ratio.
