When GP was called Babylon, it was great! Joined for the convenience: easy to set up appointments on the app, you can choose your clinician, easy to reorder prescriptions, access test results, referrals. Now that it's EMED, it's gone down the drain. New appointment system is abysmal, and I am seriously considering leaving the GP.
