After I downloaded this app, it literally took me only a few seconds to delete because I don't know why I can't log in. Could be a problem at my end but I have tried every single device and tried logging in and EVERY SINGLE TIME their request fails? What's the point of an app when you can't get into it?

The chat is okay, but whenever I try to make a journal entry it gets stuck after the second elaboration phase. I never get a reply back and going out and back into the entry deletes what I wrote for it. I don't need the full app if it's just a chat...
