Ergomate

*Ergomate: Your assistant for a healthier work environment*

In our modern digital world, we spend increasing amounts of time behind our desks. This can lead to physical complaints such as back pain, neck issues, and fatigue. To prevent these problems, we have the perfect solution: a mobile application specially designed for ergonomic desks.

*What Does the App Offer?*

*1. Personalized Ergonomic Advice*
The app starts with a short questionnaire to map your work habits and physical characteristics. Based on this, you receive personalized recommendations for optimal desk settings, including your ideal desk height and screen position.

*2. Interactive Features*
With many interactive features and visual support, you can easily adjust your desk to your liking. Think of features like child lock, height limits, languages, and more! The app includes videos and guides to ensure you set everything up easily.

*3. Reminders and Breaks*
The app helps you set reminders to take regular breaks or to stand-up behind your desk. This promotes circulation and reduces muscle tension.

*4. Tracking and Progress*
You can track your ergonomic progress with the built-in tracking feature. Keep track of how often you take breaks, how long you stand, and whether your posture improves! This helps you stay motivated and achieve your goals.

*5. Team Building*
By forming teams, you unleash competition among your colleagues, and together you can create a healthy workplace. Create teams, earn badges, and challenge your colleagues to work a little healthier every day.

*Why Choose Our App?*
Ergonomics is crucial for a healthy workplace, and with our app, you're making an active choice for your well-being. By being conscious of your posture and work habits, you reduce the risk of long-term complaints and increase your productivity.
