I've found this app to be generally high quality. It is certainly better than controlling the charging through the car's app (what a mess). What this really needs, IMHO, is a more complex model for time of day rates. While I understand not everyone has a utility that is as detail oriented as mine, a simple "high-low" model doesn't fully capture things. We have three or four different time periods during the week and the weekends are themselves different. Thus, I get very poor estimates of costs.

Very difficult for the App to get connected to Wi-Fi. It recognizes Bluetooth buy spent DAYS getting connected to my Wi-Fi.

Developers need to update the EV Garage. Last update was likely 2023 as new models don't appear. As the vehicle technology improves, this app is falling behind and the company refuses to provide updated support. If the app isn't getting updated the writing is on the wall for overall company support. Look to invest in other brands that provide support not just equipment.

This app doesn't even work, it won't even add my evo charger. emailed the tech team, 48h now no response. My charger is not working for the past week.

Tesla Model Y. So much money and the charger and app don't work together. Always crashes. Worse thing is that you cannot charge your EV without the app!!! So every time there is an issue you are stuck with no charge. Do not recommend for any Tesla owner or EV owner!!
