Use to work great until had to switch out defective DVR for new DVR now won't read the DVR. Works on defective DVR but not a working DVR go figure I ***UPDATE*** The box was missing its Media Access control. That controls other devices you have. Box was switched out for box that had Media Access and now once again, I have full access to the app on my Android device

I was having the same problems as many users. Go into settings and make sure your TiVo shows Media Access that's what controls other devices ie tablet, phones.my box did not have one, so it had to be switched out for a box that had Media Access and I now have it on my tablet with full access

This app is poorly designed and is always crashing. Has a difficult time connecting to your home TiVo box. Even after calling customer service twice it still doesn't work. Giving it even one star is too much.

App worked well until about 3 weeks ago. Since then, the app will not allow me to log in. I keep getting redirected to a TiVo search engine result. Being away from home often, I really relied on this app to stay up to date with my shows. Very disappointed in Armstrong. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
