I've had a great experience using Field Agent. The app is easy to navigate, and I like that I can earn extra money by completing simple tasks in my spare time. If your read ALL instructions carefully and follow all steps the instructions are usually clear, and there are a variety of jobs available. It's a convenient way to make a little extra income whenever you have free time. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a flexible side hustle.

App doesn't pay you for your work. The photos I took have been stuck in review for 1 month. Non have been denied. The app is a scam and waste of time

Submitted my first mystery shop, and it was denied in less than 5 minutes for "blurry photos". Photos were not blurry. You're also expected to take photos, regardless of if employees are in the area, which I find disrespectful. I'm not taking a photo of someone at their job. If that's not the case, and they don't expect you to take photos of people at work, then I'm not sure why my shop was denied when I provided that as the reasoning.

I tried this out a few times last year in a pinch to see what it was all about. At the time, it was okay at best. But now... oh boy. As if it were not bad enough, now they are wanting 3x the amount of work for 1/3 of the pay. No joke! The app is ugly and glitchy, the process for contacting support is bizarre as hell, the jobs in my area just sit there. No one bothers anymore. Can you blame them?
