4½ * So far my experience has been very positive. I miss a weekly chart view, and I'd like to have an easier way of seeing the buying price of individual shares. This is important when selling a few shares from a position acquired in several lots with different prices because the shares are disposed of according to the FIFO principle. I put the prices in the "notes" but this should be automated. Studying the order history can be awkward when the stock has been purchased and sold multiple times.

The basic feature off selling does not work. Gave selling order, confirmed with secure tan app, confirmed the order and... nothing happened. No open order in the list. Tried two more times. Nothing... the message appears: "general error." did the order go through?

The app keeps showing an “insufficient funds” error even though there is enough money on my main account. This issue already happened before and was eventually resolved after long communication with support. However, after pausing and reactivating my savings plan, the exact same problem appeared again. An investment app that repeatedly breaks after such basic actions is unreliable and frustrating to use.

This app is really, really bad. I also use Trade Republic, and opening an account there was a walk in the park compared to this mess. I’ve been wrestling with the account setup since yesterday. I even wrote to their customer care, though honestly, I already knew they were awful, I just hoped I wouldn’t have to find out firsthand. I’m baffled at how many 5-star ratings this disaster of an app has. What an absolute waste of time.
