4½ * So far my experience has been very positive. I miss a weekly chart view, and I'd like to have an easier way of seeing the buying price of individual shares. This is important when selling a few shares from a position acquired in several lots with different prices because the shares are disposed of according to the FIFO principle. I put the prices in the "notes" but this should be automated. Studying the order history can be awkward when the stock has been purchased and sold multiple times.

The basic feature off selling does not work. Gave selling order, confirmed with secure tan app, confirmed the order and... nothing happened. No open order in the list. Tried two more times. Nothing... the message appears: "general error." did the order go through?

The app is great, but the service is a nightmare. My last name changed with marriage, and they are not able to update my data in the system even after multiple support tickets throughout half a year. They just say, they forwarded it to the bank and would reach out to me when it's done, but then nothing happens. I am opening a ticket about every month, but it seems that they don't care. The name is still not changed.

A racist app! Does not allow people who do not born in other countries to open account! While living in Germany, PR, residence I am denied service since I was born in another country. This is abusive. Not recommended. Ps to the reply! I don't communicate, because the application already contradict German law! By Germany or European law, you must provide for Eu residence! And reject an application based on place of birth is discrimination to the finest! My review stands as is.

This app has a terrible and confusing GUI. It is not intuitive and quite difficult to navigate. Some features are even available only on the browser version. Sell orders are executed separately for partial shares, thus doubling the fees. Money is locked for days. You are also constantly spammed with ads for various investments. It is a mystery to me how it can be rated so high. I will be closing my account as soon as possible. There are much better apps out there (and I have tried some)
