With the Flight Centre Mastercard Mobile App you can: • View your account balance and available credit, as well as keep track of any payments due and due dates. • View the last 3 months of your transactions. • Connect with Flight Centre Mastercard via phone and email. • View your Flight Centre Rewards balance
We’ll keep your personal details safe: • Flight Centre Mastercard Mobile App is guarded by high-grade encryption and we ensure none of your personal details are stored on your device. • Your online registration and each session is authenticated against secure backend information. • The Flight Centre Mastercard Mobile App will automatically lock if you repeatedly try and log in with the wrong password and will time-out if the app is left running for too long with no activity.
Security & Fraud Prevention: • This app only uses location data to help prevent fraudulent activity and protect our customers. We do not use location data for advertising or marketing purposes. Wasn't explained during sign up at flight center that can't have card in more than zero balance, ie unlike most c/card products offered in NZ, the app allows overpayment and shows no message or warning that is problematic, just refused to process any transaction. Was pretty embarrassing having new card with plenty of fund available to pay and have a decline. Flight center staff were unaware of this as well. Only after ringing cust call center found out about limitation. Think very poor comms.

Have trouble opening the app, can't use fingerprint or pin access. Been like this for a couple of days now. Not ideal when I'm in the middle of a holiday trip and want to check my transactions.
