We’ll keep your personal details safe: • Q Mastercard Mobile App is guarded by high-grade encryption and we ensure none of your personal details are stored on your device. • Your online registration and each session is authenticated against secure backend information. • The Q Mastercard Mobile App will automatically lock if you repeatedly try and log in with the wrong password and will time-out if the app is left running for too long with no activity.

I love Card, and the app is handy, but it keeps logging me out, and I have to manually enter 10-digit account number, password, and then set pin, fingerprint etc. And next time I use it, the same happens.

Q Mastercard is beyond excellent! I love the normal 3 months to pay, interest free. Plus, you regularly get times when you have 4 to 6 months to pay interest free too. There are in-store deals as well where you get longer to pay things off, but it depends on the store and the amount. The app is really easy to use and understand. I've never had any issues with my Q Mastercard.

This app is terrible. It keeps logging me out every couple of weeks, and I need to log back in. Totally annoying and unnecessary.

This app keeps logging me out, and I’ve had to re-register and reset my password and PIN multiple times, it’s really frustrating and honestly not workable anymore, so if this keeps happening I’ll be uninstalling it.

Constantly changing the terms and agreements. Every time you open the app it asks you to agree to something new and log in again. Absolutely ridiculous.
