Worked great! First time I used it, I checked my mare in the evening, and she didn't appear ready so went in to eat a meal. I barely said down when it alerted me in a loud voice "your mare is foaling". I jumped out of my chair, ran to the barn just as she went into labor! I've used it on several other mares and slept in my bed not in the barn. Getting it ready for another foal this year. Great app and much less expensive than foal alert systems of the past.

Doesn't even work... paid literally in total about $500 for this app and yet this app has yet to even alert me to my mare actually laying down. Had a few alerts that she was down, but she was standing... So now I'm 500 in the hole with no real way to keep an eye on her and have to invest in a different method of monitoring. Complete waste of money, your better off buying a Wi-Fi camera and downloading an app to view the camera... seriously don't waste your money.

Video doesn't work at all. Alarm has only worked once. My mare has been logged as laying down twice a day, and I have had no alarms. This morning, the halter and phone were on the stable floor, and there was no recognition of laying down and no alarm. To make things worse, there's no customer service. This is a very expensive alarm system. It is completely useless if it doesn't work. At this rate, I am going to miss the birth of my foal.

I love the idea! But im younger and my family doesn't have spare money lying around. I was really hoping that this would save me sleep. But im needing a subscription. Maybe some day there will be an app that is free of charge (I get it) Well im off to check on my mare...
