App is Easy to use. But information on international calling or FAQ is not easy to access. The app is good. The service can improve.

All in all a good app to track the usage and balance. Missing is the
possibility to contact Fonic customer support via the app. There is a phone
number and call function but that costs money. I would prefer along with
the existing call feature, a possibility to chat or send a feedback message.

Always forgets pass and disactivated my packet! Edit1: I got sufficient funds after replying to sms, yet the packet was not activated! Edit2: also the app shows different balance than the balance I get from the sms!
