Always good food. I love their lemonade and foo sauce! Their ice is crunchy like another franchise we are familiar with.

Very Southern friendly employees work there. Hats off to human resources for their hiring practice. Ida Ross, the salad lady, Semmes

The chicken is fantastic but be very careful with their drinks. The lids do not stay on tight and the spill all over. Have lost several drinks do to their lids

I have been eating Foosacklys since they had their first location in Mobile, and I'm super glad they have an app now. My only gripes are that I wish they had a reward system like cfa (I'm sure they're working on this). And for the app developers, once you start an order and proceed to checkout, the back arrow stops working and won't allow you to go back to the main menu. I'm running Android 11

Great food, easy order, cheerful crews, an all around great experience! Never waited long no matter how busy!

Usually works great but this time it keeps saying "there is an error validating my basket". Not sure what this means. Won't let me checkout.

Total miss on this visit. Usually pretty good, but I had to wait an extra 25 minutes for my order to be brought to the car, and I didn't get part of my order. Not to mention that the tenders were much smaller than usual. Needless to mention I am not a happy camper right now. So I tried to call the store, and they wouldn't pick up the phone. There was a message to leave them a message, and they would call me back. That is not acceptable which leaves me no choice but to leave this review.
