Update: I was provided an email address for support and the app is working again. I love being able to communicate with the Care Team and the responses are quick, clear and concise. I am able to easily see my lab results and prescriptions. 7/14/2023 One month into the membership, the app stopped working. It says my spot is secured, and they will reach out when it's ready to use. It was working fine until this week. I called the 800 number, but there isn't a live person to speak with in support.

I have enjoyed having medical assistance at Forward in Atlanta, Georgia. All the physicians are kind and helpful. They listen well to patients like me, and they explain test results in great detail. I would highly recommend this organization.

Please invest in new a new app and developers. This company has been in operation for a couple of years now and for the price you charge for the monthly fees it's no reason why you have an app that consistently doesn't work. I've not been with you all for a whole month yet but if the issues continue with the app I'll be cancelling my membership. This is unprofessional and down right ridiculous.
