Cheaper than LNER. non-stop Newcastle to London. The negative is that the train could be cleaner. Seats could do with a deep clean.

Abysmal. Had the app for a month and haven't been able to book a single ticket. Just get an error message. Tried to get customer service help through the app, website, company email and company Twitter account with no replies anywhere.

Can't even register an account ("an error has occurred, please try again later error code 50003"). No contact help available, not even a chatbot. Have tried different devices, emails, passwords. No luck. Rubbish.

Useless. Got it to find times for trains valid with Lumo tickets, and it simply does not specify which trains it runs, so what purpose does this app serve? Would give it zero stars if it were possible. Now stuck waiting four hours for a train because I couldn't access the information to plan with. Would not use the app or Lumos trains ever again.
