When it works, it works great. It does go down from time to time though, and sometimes it will randomly log you out. Other than that it's an okay app for what it's for.

Sending messages costs less than a postage stamp. They have many cards to choose from and send. Can also send photos from your own camera. Of course everything has to be approved before it sends.

Installed app. Had to upload photo of the front and back of my Driver's License AND then upload picture of my FACE to prove it matches the photo on my License. It did not match, because I was not scowling on my license photo. Then, had to use credit card to put money on the account. App verified the deposit was made. Added the Inmate contact. App showed contact information, and I wrote message and attempted to send. NEVER went. App said "You don't have enough money to send message. Zero customer

They went up on price to talk with your family. They don't refund the money when they deny the pictures that you send. The pictures are perfectly fine. I don't get why they deny family pictures.
