Great app! Loving the new update (once I figured out where everything now was). Once figured out the app is much more intuitive. Remember this, this isn't just an app for recording your blood glucose. There's several that do that. Diabetes is an entire lifestyle change, and I believe many of the negative reviews are from people who don't understand that. It's not just readings and medicine. It's diet and exercise, It's taking care of yourself. If used properly this app helps greatly.

For those that are on Google Pixel devices running android 16, if you are running into a data download/sync issue, where the data download stalls around 68%, what worked for me was to unlink your glooko account from within the Camps app and then reconnect it. I was then able to open Glooko, sign in and the automatic data download would still take approximately 3-5mins but ultimately progress to 100% successfully and allow me to open and use the Glooko app again. Hopefully that info helps people

Glooko has continued to improve over the years and now provides an easy-to-use view on key diabetes management metrics - insulin, carbs and exercise (steps). A couple of improvements could take it to 5 stars. CGM sensors are often noisy and highly inaccurate for their first few hours. It would be good to be able to delete or at least flag those readings as bad (as per drip). Richer stats - time in tight range (3.9-7.8) plus median values would be good additions too.

Infuriating My first meter was working fine, synced up after every reading and then there was an update, and it wouldn't connect. So I got a new meter sent out. It would connect through Bluetooth but every single time you take a reading you need to remove the device then connect it again. Every. Single. Time. It rarely gives "sync failed" just nothing, so I contacted Glooko, and they told me to send my report over and never heard from them again and on my 3rd meter now and same problem.

I'm really disappointed since it's update, I started my journey 1 year ago with this app, was amazing syncing all my data. Able to see all my average tests results etc., but since its update. I have uninstalled, reinstalled the app and my glucose meter numerous times! I can't get anything to sync, the only thing I can get to sync is just my glucose readings. But it's not syncing my average testings for the "week" and someone who needs repetition it's making it difficult to keep up on her stuff!
