While the app did not correctly allow me to order an esim (S21 ultra) I did use the messaging to contact support who immediately responded and helped me do an esim order straight away, and I was up and running in minutes. The rest of the app worked well. Thanks to Mervin in support! 4 stars since the app did not detect esim capability properly.

For many, many months I have not been able to log in to my account via the app, because of a System Error. Didn't really bother me until now because the service has been without disruptions, but when I tried to change my subscription to another gomo plan I was told by the Support People that the only way I could do this was through the app. But I can't access my account through the app, so I'm stuck with my current subscription, even though I'd like to change it.

This app as turned to rubbish, I can't open it since you have altered it. I sent you many messages and I have received an Inc number (1607667) but still no action. Seems the best thing to do for me is to go back to Optus
