When I type in my booking details to register before pick up, the app can't find them, but they work fine on the web If the app is anything like the web then you must also supply passport details. This is inappropriate for a UK national hiring a car in the UK

Got my first rental booked with these guys and just hoping that, judging by the worrying reviews of the company I've seen, their service is not as much of a joke as this app is. No matter how many times you try, it will not scan your ID documents successfully. This means you can't complete registration and make use of the supposed benefits of the quick check in and vehicle collection.

The worst experience.I rented a car for 10 whole f@@@king days, and they charged me 65 pounds extra because I took it back 2,30 because i couldn't leave from my wirk to go to give it. Plus, they charge you a smount by internet, but when you go in Heathrow they give you extra charges for -suppose to be-to not charge you the 1200 if the car wiøø be damaged. Never again... My worst experience
