Tedious. Unusable. Text shows up at WHITE in text boxes. Every single claim has to be done manually. That's not my job! Let me. Submit it for green shield to deal with. Or have the app figure it out. Rubbish. I guess I'll have to make sure future drs accept automatic green shield. Because this sucked. Edit. Stupid app automatically adds -00 to the end of the user ID. But my ID is 01. There's no way to change it. This app is completely useless.

Can't log into app. The login website is just blank every time I try to log in.

When trying to open the Health Spending Account window, the app crashes every time. Can't even go back. I have to force shut down and log in again. Useless, please fix. Many smaller companies make way better apps. GSC need to open their eyes.

The old app worked fine, this new version is useless, can't even log in on my phone, keeps telling me to contact green shield. Been trying over and over to check what's going on with my claim, and I can't even log in.
