Love this app and city program. Easy to use. Great for getting to spots on the city that take forever by regular bus routes. Drivers have been amazing. App gives you a window of time to be ready then a warning text when your ride is on the way, so you can get to the stop in time. ETA shows on the screen, and you can see where the bus is on the map, so you can time your arrival at the stop with when the bus will arrive, plus the app shows a time for how long the bus will wait at the stop.

Yesterday when I went to open this app, I had to log in, which I've never done. I had to change my password. Now I can't trace my mobility Bus while I'm waiting for it. It is stuck on demand weekend/holidays. I hate the green background. It's hard to see. I want it on the Mobility tracking. Can you fix this?

I am not sure what map system this app is based on, but it seems to not understand that the bus has to be on the correct side of the road in order to pick someone up. It will give an eta of 1 minute when the bus has to circle an entire block to be facing the correct way. It also prioritizes drop-offs in a very strange way, and I have had multiple bus drivers offer to ignore the app directions in order to get me to my stop in a reasonable amount of time. App definitely needs improvement...
