Amazing App! It's nice to be able to view tickets on my mobile before cracking open the laptop!

Lots of functionality like tags aren't available on the app. Constantly having to use the computer to add tags to keep up with ongoing support tickets with similar issues. App overrides phone notifications like "copied to clipboard" and keeps it on the screen for extended periods. Uninstall the app and problem goes away.

Lacking Core Functionality present in the first version of the app. Obviously an attempt to streamline and modernize the app, but clearly not yet ready for prime time. Cannot make a new ticket, in a solution 100% focused on helpdesks that use tickets. That alone is enough to not use this version of the mobile app. The old version allows making tickets, but does not work on android with SSO. The old iOS version does both.
