It's A Good App But It Has Bugs Where The Car Icon Is Delayed When Moving And Sometimes It Loads Into World Map Instead Of Town Or City But Other Than That Harrison's Are Good Company But It Seems They Don't Have Many Drivers In The Welling borough Area Because You Have To Wait A Little For A Car To Come Available.

Poor app doesn't recognize either my fingerprint or phone pin, yet requests it and gives me 10 attempts. I know my pin, or I wouldn't be able to type this message, same as my fingerprint! Rang Brian's taxis instead as that was easier than farting on with your app. Lose customers unless you do work on your app.

I got charged multiple times over and over again for no reason. Kept getting charged 'Harrisons Hold' £3 two times when I never booked a taxi. App worked very well, shame about the charging.

I booked a taxi via the app and the company were running a 50% off promotion. The discount didn't apply, and I had to pay full price for my ride. I rang the company whilst I was still in the taxi, and they said pay the driver, and we will refund you later. I never got a refund. I only used their company for the first time due to the promotion I gave them a try, and it will be my last.
