Update: They upgrade the UI, better! Their customer service are great! Old: And the reporting function. I have been using this one for about two years. I choose this one over square because the Processing fee It is opposite of what Square does. Consider using a LARGER font and icons size. And More contrast color pattern, the helcim light brown color is awful for the eyes!o it Took me 10 times more to find the same function as in Square ig email invoice, d find yearly processing fee!

Bad experience with Helcim in general. They put know-your-customer rules back on the customer instead of doing the work themselves. They'll ask for customer's personal information, and will withhold funds if you do not comply. Setup was not easy, the app is not intuitive, the browser version is only a little better. The invoicing is confusing. I wasted hours setting this up, now I have to go through the hassle of returning the card reader and getting alternative payment from my customers. 2/10.

At first, I ordered the card reader, and it was working fine. 1 week later as I was utilizing it, it kept declining everyone's cards. That was last week, called in to customer service and no answer over the weekend. They got back to me said it should be working within a day. Still I can't take payments and my business is suffering all thanks to this company. Which I highly doubt I'll be decompensated for. I've used Square, and unfortunately they scammed me over and now helcim, wouldn't recommend!
