Great rates, really bad technology. I was hoping it would work out, but the processing wouldn't connect consistently via Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/USB etc., wouldn't even connect to printer consistently. My staff hated me for switching to Helcim, so I had to go to Square. I called customer service to try to salvage the money that I put out for this bad tech, and they blamed me for their tech not working. Lol. Well, the square terminal works perfectly. Seriously like going from a flip phone to an iPhone 13.

Bad experience with Helcim in general. They put know-your-customer rules back on the customer instead of doing the work themselves. They'll ask for customer's personal information, and will withhold funds if you do not comply. Setup was not easy, the app is not intuitive, the browser version is only a little better. The invoicing is confusing. I wasted hours setting this up, now I have to go through the hassle of returning the card reader and getting alternative payment from my customers. 2/10.
