I booked a van at Ikea Milton Keynes for an hour. The booking was changed to Costco without being informed. That took 45 minutes to sort out. It then took another additional 20 mins to return the vehicle as it was flagged at being in the wrong place despite being returned to the exact same bay I had collected it from. So the van was returned late, and I've been charged an additional £37.50 for what was entirely the fault of Hertz 247. The customer service team were fully aware. Absolute joke.

Flawed app payment system. If you have 2 cards on the account and one of them is the default then it will always take payment from the default card even if you select the second card for your booking. This is not written anywhere in the terms. When I requested a refund to the default card the customer service team refused.

Delete account to avoid recurring charges apparently just having an account is justification for this lot to take £5 off you every year, I even logged in specially to do what I thought was unsubscribing but apparently no they still took £5 off me. Customer service stated the account needs to be deleted to stop the reoccurring charges tbf they did then refund me and proceed to delete the account all clear as mud!
