It seems to work so far! I'd love to see a warning when you get down to your last ticket though, so you know to buy more. I've been caught out a couple of times not realizing I had run out of tickets until I went to get on a bus.

Directs to an inactive stop Duke & Albemarle St. I only learned the stop was inactive due to Googles AI overview, which can't be relied upon as the answers are stochastic. Very frustrating to have to click through multiple navigation panes on a separate website, only to receive inaccurate information that almost led to me missing my flight while carrying heavy bags edit: seems to be a recent stop change and not really app developer's fault.

It would be nice if the app let you know if transit was free for the day. I activated a ticket not realizing that the buses were free for the weekend.

It worked when I needed it to, but due to glitchyness I am really glad I bought my tickets in advance of actually being at a bus stop. The app might want to adjust the screen for Android users to make buying and confirming a ticket purchase a little easier. As a tourist, I am NOT happy that I cannot refund tickets that I purchased in advance that will not be used in the next year. The whole point of using this app was to not worry about carrying cash, but now I wish I had never used this app.

I was happy with it until one day it wouldn't let me add funds or purchase passes after doing so successfully other times. Just a blank screen where I'd pick payment method.
