I had already reported this issue earlier and also emailed the support team, but there is no response yet. I can log in successfully to the HRMS website using my KGID number, but the HRMS ESS mobile app does not work. Login shows “User not registered” Registration shows “Invalid username” Because of this, I am unable to use the HRMS ESS app services. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest

In this app not available previous year payslip, even previous month also and form number 16 to file IT, EL encasement and DA, provide more information about all these.

App Not Working.... I am a teacher in the Education Department of Koppel Talk. But in this application it is showing that it is from a different talk. Also, I have been working in Koppel Talk since the time of recruitment. This is showing wrong information. No other information is available.
