This banking application has proven to be the most unsatisfactory I have ever encountered, even when compared to HSBC applications from other countries. It appears to lack essential functionalities that users typically require, which are readily available in other banking applications in Egypt, including those provided by governmental banks. This particular application, unfortunately, stands out as the least effective.

What is confusing me why HSBC Egypt did not do as all HSBC in other regions which share the same exact application. For example HSBC US or HSBC expat why HSBC Egypt is not another clone of that good application instead of this worst banking application I have ever seen. It is even iller than any local bank in Egypt.

The app is really build with very low quality and very poor user experience, same as the website, I can't believe a bank like HSBC, can't provide high quality app/website for its user in Egypt
