This is ridiculous. It told me that I had account with the app when it is the first time I had downloaded it, then OTP gets sent to a mobile number that is entirely unknown to me. And 3 times after the reset to my actual mobile number using Sing pass, it tells me to login after 15 mins and yet OTP goes to that foreign number again. Yet the policy documents, which I can't open on the website, gets sent to my correct email.

Trash app.... can't even recover my username and password to login.... at this point it's easier to change policy to another insurance company

Terrible app. Does not save login credentials. When resetting password, otp sent to some random hp. even after updating mobile number via sing pass, otp is still sent to random hp. I seriously doubt the data security measures implemented by hsbc. Hopeless
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
