The APP is accurate and concise. I have options for washing the APP can allow me to select. EXTRA WASH - RINSE!!!!!!! My Laundry experience is simplified. What more could I ask for? Notifications are a freebie!!!!!! I don't need a pocket full of Quarter's today. If and when something doesn't go right the Staff is knowledgeable about the internet connections and gets me on the way to doing laundry. The Staff works diligently to keep the Machines CLEAN. The inside is swept, the Trash emptied. A+

Been using this app on my phone for almost 6 months. Can't add fund to my account b/c it says there is an IP address issue. I haven't changed anything and am I using my home Wi-Fi 2 miles from thr laundromat?? Also looked for a get help/customer support anything ... nope. This app has charged me twice ot overcharged me multiple times. I will not be using the app or the laundromat associated with this app ever again it has been nothing but problems.

I downloaded the app and tried to start an account, but I made an error on my email address. There is no option to fix this. I tried making another account but wouldn't let me because number was already used. It would not send password reset to my correct email.

There isn't a way to contact customer service from the app. I haven't used my account in years, sent multiple requests to the emails I could think its attached. This is such b.s I can't even access my account. The app hasn't sent a single password reset after I asked a few times. Tried to make a new account but says my phone is in use. I haven't even gone to the laundry mat as I wanted to make sure I was able to log in. I can't log in.
