This is the only laundromat in town, which in my opinion is the best laundromat in all of Lowndes County! It's clean, cool, and dry, and has a machine for your washing sundries - even laundry bags, if need be. 😉 They even had a phone app to pay with (and a machine to make change), which rewards you using it, and for loading it with your card of choice. The Wash House will make you change the way you feel about laundry.*Highly recommended.*

You can't enter a specific amount of money too ad to your balance, the app is slow to connect and respond, and it doesn't tell you if the machine is broken

The app would not allow me to add funds. After adding all of my information there was no way to proceed further in the app. The laundromat attendant and owner couldn't figure it out either.

Couldn't pay for laundry because I couldn't put the security code for my card onto my payment method. There was nowhere to do so. Not sure how anyone gets this to work

Asked for a CVV number for my card but where's the place to enter the number this app sucks. I uninstalled it I'll just do it old school and get $20;worth of change. . Don't waste your time.
