Whenever I have a problem with the App, I reach out to the staff because I can't make changes without their assistance and the same goes for problems with the machines. Review regarding the app: 1) it isn't hard to change payment methods; 2) if in doubt ask the assistant at Speed Queen for their help; 3) dryers give you 30 minutes if you need more time, you'll have to start again or ask the assistant if there are other options. At Speed Queen there is always an assistant on duty to help you.

Did work great but now when I try to add funds, it wants my cards cvv. Unfortunately you cant add the cvv anywhere.

The most frustrating part is almost every laundromat around uses this app now. If your cards expired... Well you just can't do your laundry anymore add a speed Queen location. This should be removed as it completely stops you from washing your clothes add a laundromat a place to go to wash your clothes. Edit-3-5 business days after you contact them to remove your card information for you because you cannot do it, they will contact you back.

I only used this app once every few moths to wash bulky items my home washer won't clean properly. I can't seem to log in either via the app, or the website anymore. They just straight up stole my balance as far as I'm concerned.
