Excellent APP, very straight forward navigation, keeps all the travel documents in one place. Doesn't crash at all, works every time. Super nice!!!

Basic functionality is lacking. The general purchase conditions of ZSSR state clearly that the tickets can be bought up until the train leaves the station. The app and it's creators clearly ignore the fact. Proof: in case the train has a delay it simply doesn't allow you to purchase the ticket for it - which causes massive issues since the passenger trains do seem to ignore the scheduled departure times.

I bought tickets multiple times that were meant to be free, then the app doesn't give them to me and just says they were "already dispensed", when they are nowhere to be found, forcing you to buy the tickets full priced. Wouldn't be surprised at all that they intentionally don't fix the app at all, so they can have their cake (promise of free tickets to SK students) and eat it too (money from students who are forced to pay the tickets they should've had for free). No wonder they're nicknamed ZSSR

Payments do not work, impossible to purchase a ticket (same problem on the Slovak Rail website)
