Love the service, but collection locations need unique names or location info. Our shopping center has 2-3 Instable pick up points, and I'm never sure which one to go to. I have to walk across the mall to find the right one. It would be, very useful if pick-up information had unique location names indicating where it's located. Entrance, floor level, or A, B+ accurate map pin could make this a better experience.

Doesn't work on Android 12. No packages show up even though I have a package arriving with the correct email and phone number.

I have had terrible experiences with Instable Delivery—it is by far the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. I placed three orders, and each time, my packages were delayed by about a week. Their customer service is unhelpful; they can not even track their own delivery drivers. When customers ask for updates, their response is simply, *"We don’t know."* "DO NOT CHOOSE" Instable if you value reliable deliveries or good customer support.
