Whose idea was it to disable the triple click on email to be copied? And why do you still breach my browser by making the website crashing when I use Google Translate? Path of exile 2 rock!

Notifications pop up in 10–15 minutes when phone is disconnected from charger, all restrictions removed for the app, when connected to charger notifications work fine, pop up immediately.

The app is so BASIC that it's pretty much unusable for my use case as having a mobile sales team. Other competitors offer an app that has all the same features as desktop version. With Intercom however you can pretty much only reply to tickets and that's it. No CRM control No labelling Doesn't even let you know if clients have received WhatsApp messages or not (double-tick / blue ticks) Doesn't tell you what channel clients are messaging on Can't use AI features The list goes on & on...
