When you open this app, the options are to enter a login and password, or login to an existing account with Google. If there was an option to create an account this review might be longer, but I have no experience beyond the login screen.

The app is really outdated, and we're not receiving notifications any more on the app.

The app is so BASIC that it's pretty much unusable for my use case as having a mobile sales team. Other competitors offer an app that has all the same features as desktop version. With Intercom however you can pretty much only reply to tickets and that's it. No CRM control No labelling Doesn't even let you know if clients have received WhatsApp messages or not (double-tick / blue ticks) Doesn't tell you what channel clients are messaging on Can't use AI features The list goes on & on...
