You cannot log in even you try using your Google email button. It's kinda suspicious and may try to hack your email.

The notifications are not on time. They can come in seconds, minutes or even hours later. Poor sync.

The app is so BASIC that it's pretty much unusable for my use case as having a mobile sales team. Other competitors offer an app that has all the same features as desktop version. With Intercom however you can pretty much only reply to tickets and that's it. No CRM control No labelling Doesn't even let you know if clients have received WhatsApp messages or not (double-tick / blue ticks) Doesn't tell you what channel clients are messaging on Can't use AI features The list goes on & on...
