The app has worked well for me for years. I particularly like the holiday mode and many schedule options. Unfortunately the iT500rx receiver stopped working after a power cut and the iT500 system has been discontinued, so I'll upgrade to the iT800 and its new app.

Since new update, working flawlessly. After updating firmware of thermostat, remember to reset system, by unplugging the receiver connected to the router for 3 mins, before plugging back in.

Very easy to set up and use. Seems very stable and reliable. Have now had this system for over 7 years. Never had any problems with it. Able to connect with the controller from anywhere in Europe. Not been further afield but confident that it will connect anywhere in the world. I can fully recommend it. Would be even better if it could connect to Alexa.

Awful usability and atrocious integration.....how on earth did this product get past the testing phase??? Anyway after putting up with this rubbish for some time the receiver finally blew, and I've replaced it with an engo smart thermostat which is brilliant and cheaper to purchase than this salus rubbish.

Was using hive for a couple of years without any problems whatsoever. I then got a new boiler fitted, and they insisted this had to be used. I'm at my witts end with it, and I'm now going back to the hive. Take note of all the bad reviews it's not fit for purpose.

Not a good app or thermostat. Hardly ever responds to commands, when it seemingly does, it actually does not because when you reopen the app, it's unchanged from before you inputted the command. Sometimes takes an hour to do what you ask which means heating stays on an hour longer than necessary. And before the developer asks - no there is absolutely nothing wrong with my network connection, every other device in my house works just fine, so it's definitely the app &/or thermostat.

Network error I received when I want to log in. The LED is green, but I can't connect in the app. It is resetting to 14 too often in the last week even if I have set the temperature to 24
