Landlords - We use this to control 5 heating systems in a single app. Has worked perfectly on a Xiaomi android phone for several years. Tells you when thermostat batteries are dying. We have saved approx £200 per building, per year by controlling the temperature on warm days. We can see the temperature and know when tenants are lying saying they're cold! We can reduce the temperature every time we drive past a house and see the windows flung wide open because tenants don't turn down TRVs. Use it!

New update (03.06) has fixed the App-crashing issue (introduced in 25.05 update) after login screen and is now usable. Thanks devs. Unfortunately I have found one issue - the manual refresh button keeps rotating indefinitely after pressing on S22 Ultra with android 15. Previous Review: App keeps crashing after 25.05 update on Samsung s22. Clearing data, cache or reinstalling does not help. When trying to display device temp control app stops. Bravo devs.

Used to be fairly reliable but this winter it hardly ever connects, says unable to connect - network error! So I can't alter my heating unless I use the thermostat downstairs which somewhat defeats the object!

The app works ok on my Google Pixel. However, I wouldn't recommend it as this system does not let you share your login or add someone else, so they can turn heating on or off. You are reliant on one device which is rubbish!

Would be good if the app would properly save my time and temperature changes, but it doesn't. Sometimes it shows that changes could not be made, sometimes it doesn't show anything and still no changes made. Really annoying to wake up to a cold house.

Has worked ok on/off for a couple of years now all of a sudden I can't log in to app, says there is network issue, no network issue, works manually on the thermostat but the gateway is alternately flashing red and green as well as emitting high-pitched whine while flashing, auto bot technical help doesn't work, phone support not available, troubleshooting guides not useful as problem not listed only pairing units, no what to do if that doesn't work. Will be looking at a new alternative option
