The new app version doesn't work well, it doesn't retain my upcoming flight information. I add it and return to My Trips, and it says you have no trips again. The prior version worked as expected.

I love flying on Jsx. After the last update to the app it will not work. I've deleted the app and downloaded it again several times. When you try to open it it just stays on the logo page and won't open.

I paid for my seats. Go to board the aircraft, and it's open seating. If I wanted open seating I would fly with Southwest. Overall 2 stars for the experience and treatment of customers.

Latest update for Android has made the app unusable. Error message saying the app needs to be updated, but it is updated. Completely unusable.
