The app is amazing. Other than the usual banking services, it is the best because it is so well tailored to life in Brussels and Belgium. Payment methods like pay conic are well implemented in the app, you can buy train and bus tickets, bike sharing and car sharing too. Keep up with the good work!

Generally not so bad unless you need to have an answer. Kate, the artificial "intelligence", is in a loop, gives wrong information (to call KBC customer service when actually it's worldline), then you have to introduce and give all your personal details when in the end, they tell you to go to a website, which Kate could have told, or them, without wasting everyone's time, including their staff collecting personal data for no purpose.

From kbc brussels to app to base mobile I recharge 10 euro topup, they minus 10 euro but it's not topup my phone, I call kbc they said its base problems, I call base they said its kbc mobile error, I send 2 email to telnet group payment with bank proof, no response. It seems there is something scam, I don't know how many others have problems.

A bank app that doesn't show saldo on a transaction basis hasn't understood even rudimentary customer requirements. [Respons to KBC answer: KBC clearly doesn't understand rudimentary banking best practices. It doesn't help that most of KBC workforce started from school and works there for life. This has nothing to do with seeing account saldo right now, and all to do with seeing historical saldo on transaction level, for sound economic follow-up of spending pattern/saldo trend analysis. Basic!
