Pretty good but big feature is missing. Why after scheduling a payment to a Kessler loan am I not able to see that the payment is scheduled. I also don't get a confirmation email that the payment is scheduled. The whole purpose of the app is, so I don't have to call you!!!!!!!

What urks me is the fact I can't transfer funds on my own. U literally have to call to do so. What if I'm in line or in a rush. you're telling me I have to wait to get someone on the phone to access my own money? I'm considering switching banks over this

So far not happy with this bank, when you call customers service you're talking to someone in another country that you can barely understand. She wouldn't tell me what country she was in, therefore I did not give her my information.
