I have been with Jefferson Financial for the entirety of this loan. I didn't ask for this merger, but here we are... the customer stuck in the middle. I have tried for 2 days to get hold of a live person. I have been on hold for a total of 2 hours with collective calls. I can't access the online bank in order to pay it bc I can't use my former log in. You've asked for information you should have been able to get when you merged. THE LEAST YOU COULD DO IS ANSWER THE PHONE!!!! Sandy Manela

Pretty good but big feature is missing. Why after scheduling a payment to a Kessler loan am I not able to see that the payment is scheduled. I also don't get a confirmation email that the payment is scheduled. The whole purpose of the app is, so I don't have to call you!!!!!!!

What urks me is the fact I can't transfer funds on my own. U literally have to call to do so. What if I'm in line or in a rush. you're telling me I have to wait to get someone on the phone to access my own money? I'm considering switching banks over this
