Dear Bank Management/Team Request, Please add a few additional features in this app, such as enabling customers who have already taken a salary/personal loan to easily renew their loan. Along with that, an extra loan facility should also be made available online, so that salaried individuals can benefit directly. The new app is not working on my mobile. It opens and suddenly closed after one week use. It might have bugs. I think it's my worse experience to any app at my mobile phone. I contected help section and support center and given number of Mr Sarmad before 10 x days. I also shared the screen recording to demonstrate them what really happening bad. But the issue is not resolved till time. I would rate this app negative marks. Very poor performance of this app management team of Kushal Bank🏦

Very bad application interface I previously enter a review from another mobile and after from this ID. no one response me. Creating a new account on it it required Google Maps location without completing this an account does not create so kindly fix it or remove location map option from app when creating a new account from App.
