It is a collection of pictures. Like the Google search for pics. The shown exercises lack a profound understanding of movement of the upper Body. If you do it, like this your lumbar spine will worse into a lordosis. No propper exercises for strengthening the abdominal muscles. No propper exercises for the shoulder blades. A good twist is shown only that the positioning of the arms inhibit the movement meanwhile. This app wasn't made by a doctor 😢 nor by a physiotherapist.
