Impossible to log in but the support was very reactive and helped me solve the issue. Convenient app and service for travelers and people in Pen ang who aren't scared of cycling in cities. Sometimes the cycle are pretty damaged so chose wisely.

Only time will tell if this application is maintained properly. Thus far so good. Allows me to see all the privileges easier. Though I do find it funny that they have hidden the old link bike listing instead of updating it. Most likely because of all the negative reviews. The one disadvantage I found of this new application is that the ride history is not as detail as in the old application lacking station details.

This is 3rd time I uninstall and reinstall link bike app. Always not working... this time I can't even register to sign up. Really disappointing app

Apps cannot sign up maybe because I not using in long period but when reset my password, it also will be error and goes the same way when I try to sign up new acc.
