The application is great, it helps us to do basics while we are on the go. It's pretty stable, however we wish there would be an option to have live chats with customers as it handles only "ticketing" part of the help desk. Also, one star down is because of the UI, which is outdated and needs refresh.

No notification when someone sends a ticket or start the chat. There is no point in having an app if it cannot give basic notification when a ticket arrives. Zendesk is 10x better

The app keeps telling me oops the URL is invalid when I know I'm putting in the right URL. So at the moment the app is useless to me.

Multiple problems just to login. Starting the app doesn't always make agent available. Features are very limited. UI is badly designed, I had to contact support to work out how to use it. For context, I'm a software developer. Support was good but still a poor experience.
