Love the app. However, I've changed phones and activated my push notifications, but I still don't get messages. How do I fix this? It's very frustrating

I would give it 5 stars but my app has a glitch. When ever I open it to book a guest, on the name tag it doesn't respond. I first have to click on the date, select a date and then enter the guest name. It never used to do this. Please update the app. Galaxy Note 9 Android 9
