I felt like a rich person. I had no money like $14 to my account. There was a coupon for 75% off so all right ended up costing $2. That might not sound like much but when you have literally nothing that's a huge deal. When that's all you have, and you can still afford whatever you need you feel like a rich person.

Drivers don't show, and they charge YOU a cancelation fee. I'm disabled and use them 10/12 times a week. They refused to refund the cancelation fee which is principle since I spend THOUSANDS with them yearly. Hello Uber...even if more money. Terrible way to treat customers. The driveway probably home watching the Knicks game.

Worst ever experience with the LYFT we book a ride, and it shows a wait time of 8 minutes but when the driver came at the pickup point he canceled the ride they just deducted the amount and never reached for pickup.
