Maak

How the App Works

The "Maak" app operates on an electronic system that connects the user, the distribution center, and the driver (delivery representative) as follows:

1. The user creates an account and specifies the order type (domestic gas, industrial gas, or bottled diesel).

2. The order is sent to the central server, which distributes it according to the geographic area.

3. The nearest driver in the same area is assigned to collect the order from the distribution center and fulfill it.

4. The driver receives an order notification via their driver dashboard in the app, including the customer's information and address.

5. After fulfilling the order, the driver confirms the delivery via the app, and the order status is updated in the system.

6. The user can track the order status and receive instant notifications through the app until the process is complete.

These operations are managed through a central control panel managed by the app administration to monitor orders and ensure adherence to safety, accuracy, and speed standards in service.

Third: How the App Works

The "Maak" app connects users with petroleum product (gas and diesel) sales and distribution centers through a smart system that relies on geolocation and electronic order management.

The app includes the following:

1. Creating a user account that includes their basic information (name, phone number, location, and address).

2. Specifying the type of order (domestic gas, industrial gas, bottled diesel).

3. Accurately specifying the delivery address.

4. Sending the order to the nearest authorized distribution point.

5. Tracking the order status until delivery.

6. The ability to contact technical support within the app.
