Latest update fixed whatever connectivity issues. App is simple but works fine. If somehow Harman added an option for full ANC and Transparency during phone calls, side tone for a more natural sounding voice, and an equalizer in a future update then this app would be excellent. The most important thing however would be to offer an option for ANC and full Awareness during phone calls so that the user doesn't feel cut off from their surroundings

Not only do my new Mark Levinson headphones sound like the money I spent, but the app experience was flawless. Pairing was easy, and the firmware for the headphones updated immediately before use. Sounds awesome!

I have the 5909 for 2 years. (the first one they were fine- as they should. Then I lost the c-to-c charging cable. And no more wireless headphones since. They can still function as a good wired closed back headphones, but for wired use I have better, naturally. And without this pretentious price tag as im not very "mobile" myself, and there is practically no coherent customer support. It is like this Mark Levinson's I knew dump there reputation only to cash on some hi-fi Q. C mockery.

"Connect timeout..." As simple as it is, and it's not even working. After 30.092023 update connection is ok. But the equalizer for bass is useless... 6db is way too much and bass is beeding into mids. 2-3 db is more useful, and full equalizer with more that 8–10 bands would be best.
