Running across Southampton rd waving my lit up phone because I ran to get my gloves, and it was 4:43 P.M. so now at 5:38 I get on the following bus and put $3.00 buck's for a day pass mind you I haven't put cash on the bus in a long time, but I tell the driver that I need a day pass, so he says $3.50 I put the 4th dollar in the machine. The driver says press the rite button. I press it, and I don't get anything just saying I deposited 50 cents. So where's my day pass 🤔?driver don't know either.2bcont.?

App used to have real problems loading up from the lock screen or from app switching, with long delays and false errors about tickets & activation. Seems like yesterday's update fixed all that — except it is asking me to leave feedback at the Play Store every day I use it now. Aside from that, I appreciate having a simple, functional app for PVTA fares, where the alternatives would be exact change or a long trek to a ticket office on a weekday.

Oh this app sucks tickets load slow on most phones and will double up transactions for no real reason due to the intense lag

Slow. When I moved to a new phone lost some tickets. Supposedly they were transferred by help desk (there is no automatic process) the old replaced tickets I had bought that morning. One of the worst apps I use.

Now this app is poor. I bought a recently bought a bus ticket, and it says due to travel restrictions your ticket is not available at this time. I want my money back because I bought two tickets. I am not happy
