It started out great about 5 years ago, then after a couple of years, the app updated, and then it constantly crashed, I reached out to the developers by email, and they actually tried to fix the issue and responded to my emails but the app still crashed. I just gave up and uninstalled the app... after about a year later, I decided to give the app a try, and it worked flawlessly other than it going into safe mode if you open the door. Then, just turn off the unit and start over. 4 stars for them.

It does what I need it to do. You can control it via Bluetooth rather than the control panel. The only issue I have is the fact the notifications you can't click on it, and it brings you to the App. You can't dismiss the alerts and timers without clicking into the app. You can swipe it away but the audible alert doesn't stop.

I no longer use the email address that I used when I first set the program up. I forgot my password and no longer have access to that email account.

If you loose contact with the smoker, once it is hot the Bluetooth will not connect again till it is cold. Messes up the whole cooking process.

Can not get app to open and connect with smoker. Use to work fine now worthless. Going to get rid of master built smoker and go with something else. Now States the app has a bug

App doesn't want to connect no matter what I do. Troubleshoot and nothing. Worked when I first got the smoker only used it 4 or 5 times, but now it doesn't work at all.
