It's nice to have an app that tracks the taxi and what cab to expect, the drivers name. It also gives a minumm how much the taxi cost. When I was seventeen I was list on what taxi to take and where they are at buy now with technology improving in apps it makes it easy. I don't always use the taxi ad unmanly take the bus.

After waiting 20 mins for a driver to not even get dispatched, we got charged £1 for cancelling. Uninstalling the app and not using max cabs again. Awful service.

Half an hour late the driver (Shaman) didn't know which way to go even though he should have maps installed on his phone then they cancelled the trip. So I ordered an Uber instead.
